AgencyOS account information
When a business or authorised user uses AgencyOS, we may process account information such as name, email address, phone number, business name, organisation membership, branch, role, permissions, authentication records and account status.
Customer and service information
Businesses using our services may upload or enter information about their customers. This may include a customer name, mobile number, language preference, service or transaction description, appointment or follow-up information and other information required to provide the requested automation.
ReviewBoost and feedback information
ReviewBoost AI may process review-request records, customer feedback, star ratings, private comments, review links, public request tokens, response status and the date and time of relevant activity.
WhatsApp communication information
Where WhatsApp automation is enabled, we may process WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, sender phone number identifiers, recipient mobile numbers, approved message-template information, message IDs, delivery events and statuses such as scheduled, processing, sent, delivered, read or failed.
Depending on the product and configuration, we may also process information necessary to create message links, schedule reminders, prevent duplicate sends, retry failed jobs and maintain communication history.
Usage and billing information
We may process subscription plan information, included usage limits, billable units, sent or delivered counts, overage information, payment status, setup-fee status, billing period and access restrictions.

Businesses must not use our services to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, unsolicited or prohibited communications. They are also responsible for complying with applicable WhatsApp and Meta policies.
Where we process customer information on behalf of a business, we generally act according to that business’s authorised instructions and the enabled product configuration.
5. Service providers and integrations
We may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate our products. Depending on the enabled features, these providers may include:
- Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform;

- to the business that controls the relevant AgencyOS account;

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, the applicable product, the business customer’s instructions and legal or operational requirements.
